Service Description

By the end of this training, students will: Understand the fundamentals of hair sectioning and tension control. Learn basic sanitation and tool preparation practices. Master four traditional braiding styles: single braids, cornrows, two-strand twists, and flat twists. Practice proper parting techniques to achieve clean and precise sections. Gain an understanding of protective styling and its importance for hair health. Receive personalized feedback to improve technique and skill. Materials Provided: Mannequin head and stand. Precision Parting Rat-tail combs and wide-tooth combs. Hair clips and sectioning tools. Practice hair for added length/thickness. Training workbook with diagrams and key techniques. Foam Lotion Product Wrist Band Braid Gel Edge Control Edge Control Brush Evaluation: Students will be assessed on parting precision, braid consistency, and overall technique. Constructive feedback will be provided during practice sessions.
