Educational and digital products are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. a. Physical Products (Hair Products & Extensions) You are eligible for a refund or exchange if: • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. • The request is made within 7 days of the delivery date. • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival. b. Digital Products (Ebooks, Online Courses, Educational Content) Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for ebooks, courses, or other digital educational materials unless: • You were unable to access the purchased digital product due to technical issues on our end. • You purchased the wrong item by mistake and notify us before accessing the digital content.
